Our Mission
The primary purpose of Serenity is to provide a comprehensive system of support to vicitims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Serenity assists victims of these crimes by empowering them to assume control over their own lives, to foster respect and equality in all relationships and to change community attitudes and social structures that perpetuate violence.
A Message from our Executive Director
2012 is going to be an exciting year at Serenity, I know this because 2011 was such an exciting year, the next one can only get better! While the subject we address is unpleasant, the hope and new life that we deliver is rewarding. I appreciate the overwhelming support that I have personally received thus far as the “new director”. I am honored to be affiliated with Serenity and believe that the services our agency provides is vital to the overall health, safety, and well being of this community. I want to wish everyone a safe and prosperous New Year!!
